✅👌 I think many have already prepared a festive menu for the New Year's table. But it will never be superfluous to learn another recipe for a quick, original and very tasty snack.
And today I want to offer you just such a recipe.
✨ And to make today's snack, you need the simplest ingredients that will definitely not break your budget.
✨ It is very easy to prepare, it looks quickly and beautifully on the table! 🥰
📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙
Lightly salted herring fillet - 1 pc.
Boiled potatoes - 1-2 pcs.
Boiled beets - 1-2 pcs.
Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
Butter (small piece) - 50 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Sugar and salt - 1 tsp each l.
Apple cider vinegar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Water - 100-150 ml.
Greenery for decoration

First of all, let's take care of vegetables - we set the beets and potatoes to boil, naturally in separate pans. And we also put chicken eggs to boil.
Meanwhile, peel the onions, cut them into small cubes and put them in a bowl.
Add one teaspoon of sugar and salt to the onion, pour in the vinegar and pour boiling water so that the onion is completely covered with it. And leave to marinate for a while.
Thoroughly peel the salted herring fillet and cut into small pieces, put in a bowl.
Cool the boiled chicken eggs, peel, rub on a coarse grater and add to the bowl to the herring.
We also rub boiled potatoes on a coarse grater.
Add a piece of butter and onions squeezed from the marinade. We mix everything.
Cool the boiled beets, peel and cut into thin slices.
Now we take each circle of beets, put about a tablespoon of the prepared herring mass, carefully distribute on one half and cover with the other half of the beets. We do the same with the rest of the prepared products.
Now we take any greens, chop it finely.
We take the prepared stuffed beetroot "boats" and the part where we roll the herring mass in greens.
Place on a serving platter and decorate. Very tasty and original!
