Delicious, hearty soup with a creamy taste that will delight you after the New Year's feast. When everyone is already tired of salads and wants a delicious soup, cook this one. I am sure you and your loved ones will like it.

Preparation:

We take 400-500g of chicken fillet (breast or meat from the drumsticks will do, you can even take the wings), cut into pieces, fill with water and put on the stove. Cook chicken broth. There is no need to salt yet.

While the meat is being cooked, fry 1 onions and 1 carrots in vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots.

Cut 2-3 potatoes into cubes and add to the broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes, put in the carrot and onion roast, and add the processed cream cheese - 1 pack. I recommend taking the "Hochland" or "President" cheese - they dissolve well in the broth, give a pleasant rich taste and color.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is completely dissolved. I advise you to salt at the very end, since the cheese is already salty. Be sure to taste the broth before you add salt.

* Optionally, you can add vermicelli to this soup (throw in a couple of minutes until cooked)

Serve the soup with fresh herbs and bread or croutons. Very tasty, quick and easy!

potatoes 2-3 pcs
carrots 1 pc
onion 1 pc
vegetable oil
salt to taste
* vermicelli optional
