Chicken legs baked with filling in puff pastry

Ingredients: Chicken drumstick, Champignons, Potatoes, Vegetable oil, Sour cream, Hard cheese, Dried garlic, Chicken seasoning, Puff pastry (yeast-free), Nutmeg, Coriander, Chicken egg, Salt

Cooking method:

We start cooking and rinse 7 chicken drumsticks, then remove the skin from them and make a cut to the bone on each, then put them in a deep bowl. Pour into a bowl 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning, 1 teaspoon of dried garlic, salt to taste, then stir with your hands, rub the seasoning into the shins and give them time to soak in the spices.

Cut 300 grams of champignons into thin slices and put them in a dry place on the stove frying pan, then stirring, fry the mushrooms on a high stove temperature and evaporate all excess moisture. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a pan with mushrooms and put the chopped 2 potatoes in a small cube, then stir fry all the ingredients on a high stove temperature 10 minutes.

Add 1/3 tsp to the pan. nutmeg, 1/3 tsp coriander, 1-2 teaspoons of thick sour cream, salt to taste and mix everything together ingredients, then turn off the stove and put the prepared filling to cool in a plate, after which we rub 20-30 grams into it on a fine grater hard cheese. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan placed on the stove and lay out the chicken drumsticks, which we then fry on each side until fully cooked.

Cut a 500 gram roll of puff yeast-free dough into 8 identical parts and roll one of them to thin oblong flat cake, which we then cut into 3 mm strips and cover them with a kitchen towel. Roll out each piece of dough to a square cake 2-3 millimeters thick, then spread it closer to the center of the cake fried chicken drumstick and a full tablespoon of filling, after which we collect and concatenate the edges of the tortilla around the chicken shins.

We moisten a strip of dough with water, then wrap it around the assembled top of the formed dough bag and fix, then put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and grease the bags with whipped chicken an egg. We put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake a chicken drumstick with a filling in dough bags 30-35 minutes until fully cooked, after which we put the prepared dish on a plate and serve for the festive table.
