Chicken fillet crystal salad is a great holiday dish for those who love something special. This is my first time making this salad - troublesome, but worth it! We liked it very much - the excellent combination of nutritious chicken fillet with juicy pickled cucumbers, and the broth jelly makes the salad even more tender. ✳️Crystal salad with chicken fillet

Ingredients: medium chicken fillet, eggs, medium potatoes, hard cheese, onion, vinegar, carrots, pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, For broth, water, onion, bay leaves, allspice peas, salt, For jelly, broth (240 ml each), instant gelatin, garlic

Cooking method:

Boil the chicken fillet, drain the first water. Then pour cold water again, add the whole peeled onion, bay leaf, peppercorns, salt to taste and cook until tender for 20 minutes. Readiness can be checked by cutting the meat in half, it should be white.

From the resulting broth, make jelly: remove the fillet, onion, bay leaf, measure out 4 glasses of broth in a separate bowl. Add chopped garlic and instant gelatin there, mix everything well so that the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour the resulting mixture into a flat tray, filtering through a sieve. The jelly layer should be 7-8 mm high. Place the tray in the refrigerator to freeze the jelly.

Boil jacket potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cool in cold water, peel and grate on a medium grater. Grate the cheese too on the same grater, I have already grated Parmesan. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes. Cut the cucumbers and onions into cubes, marinate the onions in water with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar or lemon juice.

Take a deep domed plate, cover it inside with cling film and lay out the salad in layers, smearing each layer with mayonnaise. 1st layer: potatoes 4 pcs 2nd layer: pickled cucumbers 3rd layer: cheese

4th layer: pickled onions without mayonnaise 5th layer: chicken fillet 6th layer: eggs

7th layer: 1 potatoes do not grease with mayonnaise 8th layer: do not grease carrots either. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Take a large flat dish, cover the salad with it and gently turn the salad upside down, remove the cling film.

Take out the jelly tray, cut it into cubes, and line the salad in a circle, starting at the bottom. Here is such a beauty! ✨

You can decorate the salad with mayonnaise snowflakes, but I even liked it so much. Bon appetit and all the best and delicious to you! 😋
