Cooking method:

Prepare the right ingredients.

Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the champignons into slices and fry everything together in vegetable oil. When the mushrooms are ready, salt and pepper them, cool them down.

Finely chop the washed and dried greens. Three hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Expand the pita bread, spread evenly over it and not very thick, first cheese, then mushrooms and onions, greens on top.

We spread it a little before reaching the edges, so that it is convenient to twist. Roll the pita bread into a tight roll, bending the end edges inward so that the cheese does not leak.

Lubricate with mayonnaise and place in an oven preheated to 180 - 200 Β° C until the surface is browned - this will happen in 10-15 minutes. We take out the pita bread from the oven and cut into large pieces 2-3 cm wide.
