Hearty, tasty and bright salad! Ham, smoked or boiled sausage are perfect as a meat ingredient. For a delicate taste, we use hard cheese and eggs, for juiciness we use vegetables, and for aroma we add a lot of greens.
Ingredients: sausages, cheese, eggs, canned peas, cucumber, mayonnaise, herbs
Cooking method:
To mold the salad, you need a ring with a diameter of 16 cm. Peel the sausage, cut into small cubes and lay out with the first layer of salad. Tamp with a spoon. Apply a net of mayonnaise on top.
The second layer will be a cucumber cut into small cubes. And again a mesh of mayonnaise.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut into cubes. Place the eggs on a cucumber layer.
Smooth and compact with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise.
Put the green peas on the minced eggs. Tamp and season with mayonnaise.
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Lay out the next layer. Smooth and season with mayonnaise.
Chop green onions or dill into small pieces and place on a cheese layer. Refrigerate the salad for 1-1.5 hours to soak the layers.
Remove the ring carefully. Bon Appetit!
