Remove the hot dough from the heat, knead with your hands if necessary. If the dough is sticky, then add another 30-40 g flour and stir. Divide and roll out each circle with a diameter of 18 cm. Chop with a fork and bake at 170-180 grams until golden brown.

For the cream: 700 g weighed sour cream 100 g powdered sugar Vanillin, if desired Sour cream should be cold. Mix all the ingredients and beat until the consistency is as shown in the video. Grease each cake with cream. ❗️ Be sure to grease the dish on which the cake will be with cream. If desired, decorate and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or better at night.
