Preparation:
It is best to take yesterday's loaf for these croutons. If it is cut in the package - great, if not - we cut it, you can also cut each slice in half.
In a bowl, mix 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Beat with a fork until smooth, add a pinch of salt.
Grate 50g of cheese and add to eggs and sour cream. You can leave it right, or you can add greens. Green onions are great.
You can add pepper and any spices you like if you like. For example, dried garlic or Italian herbs.
Dip pieces of loaf into the resulting mixture and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
Cheese croutons are ready, serve immediately. Bon appetit, my dears!
