In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 47 kg.

I waited for over week my experiment without bread, to finally enjoy their favorite sandwiches.

And the second day I had no breakfast sandwiches. Today, only the loaves ate for breakfast - well, almost sandwiches. It is necessary to bake yourself your favorite rye wholemeal bread, but the hands did not reach him, well, or buy proper bread.

For breakfast, I have today scrambled eggs with green onions from two eggs. And two buckwheat loaf (25 g), tomato (35 g) and cottage cheese (40 g). Vitaminki and omega - 3 I drink at breakfast on the machine.

And green tea with jasmine finished my breakfast, which turned out to 410 kcal.

Today I was not interesting and boring. Swim until very drawn - cold. Yes, and I had to spend the day working at a computer and cooking.

On Percus I had as much as 25 grams of nuts and 15 g 75% chocolate.

Snack left on 235 kcal. Nuts dragged on a bit throughout the day.

For lunch I cooked vegetable stew, it came out very tasty! And to stew chicken breast, baked with herbs in foil yesterday, along with the bell peppers.

Just stay on the package chicken breast, which was not required in the preparation of peppers. And I decided to bake it. Incidentally baked chicken breast in foil is more like it, somehow juicier that if she turns out.

200 g of stews and 200 g (raw) baked chicken breast for lunch out on 320 kcal.

So I liked the stew, I cooked for dinner, I decided to eat dinner, and - 300 g loaf with buckwheat.

It turned out to dinner 170 kcal.
