Cooking method:

We prepare the ingredients: peel the onion and cut it into circles, cut the tomatoes into circles too. Cut the tenderloin meat into portioned pieces 100 g -120 g, beat the meat through a bag or cling film with a kitchen hammer, the pieces should be ~ 0.7-1 cm thick.

Put the beaten meat on a plate, salt, pepper, squeeze out the garlic, add mayonnaise and mix everything well, cover with cling film and leave aside.

In a hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry the meat quickly, literally for 1 minute on both sides until golden brown.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lay out the fried meat, then a layer of fried mushrooms, then a layer of tomatoes cut into circles, then, if desired, onion rings.

Now we make the cheese filling: mix 1: 1 cheese with mayonnaise, evenly distribute on each piece, sprinkle a little with vegetable oil on top.

We send it to a preheated oven at 200 ° C. and bake for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Our meat is ready, we transfer it to a serving plate, decorate with herbs and serve. ❗️ The time depends on your oven and the size of the meat. Good appetite!
