In the video at the end of the article, I showed how I cook 10 dishes from one baked chicken. Look - you liked it. But it often happens that after the holidays, the back of the chicken remains and so lies in the refrigerator for several days. There is already nothing special to finish there. And no one wants to mess with bones. But the soup that I make from these delicious leftovers of chicken is enjoyed by everyone! My boys are even waiting for him! They know that if there was chicken, there will be delicious soup))
HOW TO COOK:
Usually for the soup I use the bones left over from the chicken and the juice that came out when it was baked. There is not much meat on the bones, but it is there)) Here:
I put the bones in a saucepan (instead of juice, of course) and add water. I put it on fire and bring it to a boil.
I boil for 5 minutes, then I take out the bones from the pan. And the broth can be filtered. The meat, which is still on the bones in some places, I will remove and add to the soup a little later.
Salt the broth to taste and add potatoes and carrots to the pan. I chop the carrots, but you can grate it on a grater, of course.
I cook potatoes until cooked. It usually takes 10-15 minutes. When the potatoes are ready, I add some homemade noodles to the pan.
And, of course, the meat that I removed from the bones.
After a minute I add fresh herbs and bay leaves. After another minute, I remove the soup from the heat. And I let it brew for 10 minutes.
That's all! A delicious and simple lunch is ready!
Of course, you can add fried onions to the soup - then it will turn out to be even more rich and tasty. You can take any cereal instead of noodles (but then it is better to add it to the soup along with potatoes). There are many options here. I wanted to show not a specific recipe, but the very idea of how you can "deliciously attach" the leftovers of baked chicken.
