Funchoza with seafood and vegetables

Ingredients: - Funchoza glass noodles, - Shrimps, - Squids, - Red bell pepper, - Carrots, - Red onions, - Ginger root, - Garlic, - Soy sauce, - Rice vinegar 3%, - Ground coriander, Ground black pepper, Hot red pepper, - Green onions, - Parsley, - Oil sesame

Cooking method:

Peel the shrimp and squid. Cut the squid into strips. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar to seafood. Stir and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Cut red onions into thin feathers, bell peppers and carrots into thin strips, pass the garlic through a press, cut the ginger root into slices.

Transfer funchoza to a bowl, pour boiling water over and leave for 5 minutes. After a while, drain the water, throw the funchose onto a sieve and rinse with cold water. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ginger. As soon as it is browned, remove it from the pan and put carrots in its place. Fry for 1 minute. Add onion, pepper and garlic. Fry for 1-2 minutes.

Put seafood with vegetables in a pan with soy sauce. Season with salt, coriander and pepper to taste. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped funchose. Stir and heat the contents of the pan for a minute.
