Pork stew with sauerkraut and smoked paprika🥩

Ingredients: Pulp of pork, Salted cabbage, Onion, Bay leaves, Dried Basil, Hot red pepper, Smoked paprika, Vegetable oil, Salt, Herbs

Cooking method:

Cut the meat into pieces and fry in hot vegetable oil, then salt a little, add bay leaf, basil and add a little boiled water and simmer for 15 minutes over moderate heat. Squeeze the cabbage from the brine, if necessary, rinse. We spread it to the meat, mix and leave to stew all together for another 15 minutes, add water if necessary.

Then, to the meat with cabbage, add finely chopped onion, hot pepper to taste, 1 tsp. l. smoked paprika. Mix everything and leave to stew for another 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. Cabbage should be without liquid, boiled and soft, the meat is also very soft. Serve with any side dish to your taste, do not forget to sprinkle with herbs!😉 Bon appetit.😊
