Chimichanga with minced pork

Ingredients: tortillas (tortilla), Minced meat, Onion, canned red beans, Tomato paste, cilantro, hard cheese, Tomatoes, Salt, Ground black pepper, Ground chili pepper, Paprika, Garlic, Vegetable butter

Cooking method:

In a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the minced pork, finely chopped onion and garlic. And simmer over medium heat.

Canned red beans mash a little with a fork and add to the prepared minced meat.

Add salt, ground black pepper, ground chili pepper and paprika to taste with minced beans. Mix well and add two teaspoons of tomato paste and simmer a little more.

Finely chop the cilantro and send to minced meat with beans. Turn off the fire. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Cut the tomatoes into half rings and grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Now everything is ready for twisting the chimichanga.

Put two or three tablespoons of minced meat with beans and cilantro on the tortilla.

Put a few tomatoes on the minced meat and sprinkle everything with grated cheese, then roll the tortilla according to the shawarma principle.

Fry the chimichanga on both sides in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil or dry until golden brown.
