I decided to pamper my husband with a quick, at first glance, recipe from the Internet... I cooked it for the first time, so it was not as fast as I wanted, but most importantly, it turned out delicious! #quickly #in a frying pan #layeredappetizer #casserole
Ingredients: Mexican flatbread / thin roll, Any hard cheese, Tomatoes, Eggs, Spices, Sausage, ham, Greens, Butter
Cooking method:
I took a thin roll, so I had to cut out the circles myself... You need 4 pieces.
Beat eggs with spices and herbs.
Grease a frying pan with butter, let it heat up, but do not overheat the oil. Pour in half of the beaten eggs.
Lay out 1 sheet of roll/flatbread.
Put the sausage and sprinkle with cheese.
Put another leaf and tomatoes, and sprinkle with cheese.
Again leaf, sausage and cheese. Above the last 4 sheet. Pour in all remaining eggs. Close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Then flip over and do the same on the other side.
The recipe said 10 minutes on each side, but I decided a little longer and made the right decision. Thin pita bread is almost not felt, the egg was cooked and did not flow.. Next time I'll make it with small cakes. Because the cake in the pan is very difficult to turn over. I hope that the little one is better in this regard! Bon Appetit!
