Ingredients: funchose;, bell pepper;, chicken fillet, refined vegetable oil;, salt;, coconut milk;, soy sauce;

Cooking method:

Boil funchose in boiling salted water for 12 minutes;

Then throw it in a colander, rinse with hot boiled water, and set aside to let the water glass;

Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper into cubes and lightly fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil;

Transfer the fried bell pepper to a convenient plate and set aside until needed;

After that, cut the washed chicken fillet into cubes and send to a frying pan where bell pepper was fried;

Salt the chicken fillet a little and fry until the liquid has completely evaporated;

Now you need to add fried bell pepper, coconut milk to the fillet, mix well and simmer for 3-5 minutes;

After that, add boiled funchose, soy sauce to the ingredients, mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes under the lid;
