Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 44 kg.

My morning today began with a jog along the forest paths. As I planned, I run about 30 minutes in a day or alternate with cycling. Every time I do not write on the run, but I will remind to you and podnachivat).

Running gives me a while not easy, is still affected by excess weight, which is available at the moment.

I plan to throw more at around 17 kilograms. But while it will take a bit of weight, again typed. Some swing of 500 g round - trip.

Yesterday - Monday scales showed me 87.3. Progress for almost a week there, but actively included physical education: a lot of walking, jogging in the morning, cycling, playing at home. Calorie support with a deficit in the region of 1300 kcal.

We have already begun to creep into the thought - do next plateau? But this time is not going to reduce the caloric content, and much less with my height and weight. And because low calorie effect, and do not want to increase the volosopad and worsen health.

While still I decided to wait. Plateau caught up with me or some other reaction of the body, in any case, time will tell, but I will continue to maintain a calorie deficit and engage in physical exercise.

And you know why physical exercise, not sports?

In addition, if you do not focus on weight and watch the parameters, here they are in my slowly diminish.

After jogging made herself a delicious breakfast - scrambled eggs with cheese in a pita. This is delicious!

I have breakfast at 425 kcal.

Today I decided to eat almost decreasing calories.

And make yourself a snack cheese casserole with apples that remained from yesterday's dinner, and green tea.

Snack left on 240 kcal.

For lunch cooked lentil soup with chicken breast.

Plate lentil soup for dinner (about 450 g) and rye bread turned on 240 kcal.

Today I get another snack walnuts (20 grams) - 130 kcal.

For dinner with a light tomato salad (90g), cucumber (100 g) of carrots - loin (20g) and chicken breast (about 100 g), filled with 15 g of cream literally 10%.

Dinner came to 190 kcal.

Total for the day I got 1225 kcal.

Water rate (30 ml per kilogram of body weight) is drunk.
