Ingredients: raw broccoli heads, eggs, mozzarella, cream or yogurt, milk

Cooking method:

We prepare broccoli, cut into roses, I cook in a double boiler for 6 minutes-7 minutes. You can steam it by placing a colander over water and cover with a lid. You can boil it, and use the vegetable broth for soup. Put into a baking dish.

Beat eggs, add cream and milk, pour grated mozzarella.

Pour the mixture over, put the remaining cake scraps on top.

And I bake for 35-40 minutes on the middle shelf at E 200 gr C.
