Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 44 kg.
My breakfast was in her husband's parents, because we stayed overnight, after the celebration of May 9.
For breakfast I had sandwiches on seeded bread (60 g) with chicken pastrami (50 g) and cheese (35 g). Grams counted approximately on the eye. Recently, I am able to determine more accurately the weight of food on the eye, apparently affects year overloading and certainly about to learn, how much it can weigh.
Green tea for sandwiches, it rarely changes.
Breakfast is turned on 330 kcal.
Little else to communicate and relaxing, we went home, on the way we stopped for groceries.
And I could not resist the aroma of strawberries on the market.
I snack - strawberries (about 350 g) - 150 kcal.
For lunch chicken breast, baked in an oven (about 90 g), buckwheat (100 g as a finished product) and zucchini, stewed with carrots and onions (150 g).
Lunch turned on 280 kcal.
Somewhere in an hour after dinner, I drank green tea in prikusku with dried apricots and prunes (50 g). Add nuts: hazelnuts and cashews (20 g), which was applied during the day. All this was drawn on 270 kcal.
For dinner was salad tomato and cucumber, 10% sour cream (about 20 g) and 100 g of chicken pastrami.
Dinner came to 200 kcal.
In total for the day to get 1230 kcal.
Drunk water norm.
