Draniki is a traditional Belarusian dish, which is prepared by rubbing potatoes on a grater. We have simplified our task with the help of a blender. And maybe this is wrong, some will say, but this is a very quick way to enjoy tender, fragrant, tasty pancakes. Onions will make potato pancakes more tasty, fluffy, and it also prevents the potatoes from browning. Excellent breakfast or snack. They are eaten in two counts. 😁 A very quick and easy way to cook. Potato pancakes with dill

Ingredients: potatoes, onion, dill, egg, flour, salt, dried garlic, black pepper, vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method:

Cut the potatoes, onions and dill into small pieces and send them to the blender bowl. We grind. If there is too much liquid (depending on the type of potato), you can squeeze a little, but not much.

We shift the whole mixture into a deep bowl, add the egg, salt, dried garlic, black pepper (optional) and flour. We knead the dough. It will seem watery, but it is not.

We heat the pan with vegetable oil. We spread 1.5 tbsp. dough, flatten forming circles and fry on both sides until a beautiful ruddy color. Approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, on medium heat / power. It is not necessary to cover with a lid.

Ready pancakes are best laid on a dish covered with paper towels to get rid of excess fat.

Draniki can be served with sour cream or any other sauce. Guacamole is also delicious. Enjoy!😋👍
