Cottage cheese cookies with nuts and jam

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Salt, baking powder, Vanillin, Sugar, Butter, Cottage cheese in a briquette, yolk, Sour cream, Stuffing:, Nuts (chopped), jam (or thick jam)

Cooking method:

Sift flour. Add sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla. Then add cold butter. Rub with hands.

Add yolk and sour cream to cottage cheese. Mix with a fork.

Combine everything and knead the dough. Gather into a ball. Put in a bag and put in the refrigerator. For 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Take one out and roll it into a rectangle. Put jam (I have apple), nuts.

Roll up the roll. Cut into pieces. We do the same with the second part of the test. Lay out the pieces on a baking sheet. Bake 20-25 min. Focus on your oven.
