Cooking method:

For dough, add yeast, sugar and flour to warm milk. We mix everything. We get the consistency of liquid sour cream. Cover with a plate and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Before the formation of such a hat. The dough will rise and bubble up. This is an important step, if nothing has changed within 20 minutes, then we make the dough again and use new yeast.

We combine warm milk, egg, salt, dough and mix everything.

Gradually sift the flour and mix.

Add sunflower oil to the dough and knead the dough for 5 minutes. The dough will stick to your hands (do not add more flour). You can periodically lubricate your hands with sunflower oil to make it easier to knead.

Cover with bag and towel. We send it to a warm place (I put it in the switched off oven and a glass of boiled water nearby) for 1 or an hour and a half. The dough should increase in volume by 2-3 times. It is necessary. This step cannot be skipped.

Sprinkle the baking sheet with flour.

For the filling, boil the eggs and chop finely. We rub the cheese on a grater. We combine eggs, herbs, spices and sour cream (do not add cheese). Mix everything thoroughly.

Over time, the dough has increased. Lightly crush it.

Lightly dust the table with flour (lightly, we don’t use much, the dough is very soft) and lay out the dough. We form a small sausage and divide the dough into 5 parts.

We form each of the parts into a ball, as shown in the video.

Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour lightly, do not hammer the dough. After a while, we form a small layer, as shown in the video.

Put the cheese inside first.

Lay the eggs on top. We form a boat, as shown in the video.

Put the boats on a baking sheet. Brush the sides with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We send it to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15/20 minutes. Until golden.

After 20 minutes, take out a baking sheet and sprinkle cheese on top (optional). We send it to the oven for another 5 minutes.
