Ingredients: chicken liver, onion, carrots, tomatoes, frozen green beans, salt, Caucasian herbs, flour, olive oil, sweet potato, Italian herbs, grated hard cheese, garlic, herbs (parsley, dill, green onion)
Cooking method:
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into circles, if they are large, cut in half, put in a deep container, sprinkle with salt, Italian herbs, grated cheese and pour over with olive oil. Mix well and put in a baking dish, cover with foil on top and send to the oven with a temperature of 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
While the sweet potato is baking, prepare the vegetables for the liver. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat well, put onion sliced \u200b\u200bin half rings into it, fry for a couple of minutes. Then add finely chopped carrots, fry for about three minutes, then add frozen beans and fry all together for 10 minutes over medium heat. Lastly, add the diced tomatoes and simmer all together for 5 minutes.
Fry the liver in the second frying pan. To do this, clean the chicken liver from the veins, rinse and cut each in half, sprinkle with salt, Caucasian herbs and flour, mix. Fry the liver in olive oil in a well-heated pan for 8 minutes, stirring constantly, then add to it previously cooked vegetables, mix, simmer for a couple of minutes, add chopped herbs and garlic, cover, turn off the fire.
Remove the sweet potato from the oven, remove the foil and send back for another 10 minutes. Take out and serve as a side dish to the cooked liver. It is very tasty and original. Try it and bon appetit!
