Cooking method:
Prepare the necessary products. Grind cottage cheese through a sieve. Combine flour, starch and baking powder and mix together.
Eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt are beaten well with a mixer until a homogeneous airy stable mass is obtained.
Add cottage cheese in portions to the whipped mass, mix gently. Add the sifted flour mixture, gently fold into the mixture.
Pour candied fruits and mix again so that they are evenly distributed in the curd mass.
Line a 20 x 20 cm tin with parchment paper. Transfer the curd mass to the form, smooth the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 55-60 minutes until golden brown.
Allow the finished casserole to cool to room temperature, remove from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve with tea.
