Ingredients: Pork meat, Potato, Onion, Water, Carrot, Garlic, Vegetable oil, Tomato paste, Pepper mixture, Bay leaf, Dried herbs, Green onion, Salt
Cooking method:
We cut into large pieces of 1 kilogram of pork meat, which we then put in a pan with heated vegetable oil and stir-fry over high heat on the stove. Finely chop 2 onions and put them in a pan with meat, then mix the onion with meat and fry over high heat on the stove.
We cut 1 carrot into small pieces and put it in a pan with meat and onions, after which we mix all the ingredients and continue to fry the stove over high heat. Cut into large pieces 1 kilogram of pre-peeled potatoes and put it in a common frying pan.
Pour 250 milliliters of warm boiled water into a common pan and mix all the ingredients well with each other, then add salt to taste to the pan, add in it 2-3 bay leaves, 0.5 teaspoon of a mixture of ground peppers, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of dried herbs and 2 cloves passed through a press garlic.
We mix all the ingredients in the pan with each other and cover it with a lid, then switch the stove to the minimum heat and simmer the roast for 30-35 minutes until fully cooked. We lay out the prepared dish on portioned plates, after which we add finely chopped green onions to taste and serve for lunch or dinner at the table. Bon appetit, dear friends!
