Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.

Therefore, from 7 am I was already on his feet, eat breakfast and go!
For breakfast I had the banana-oatmeal muffins for my recipe (cooked the night before, a link to the recipe at the end of the article), but this time I put him in the apple and cinnamon, it was very tasty!)
130g cake sandwich with whole grain bread (50g), clotted cream (10 grams) and fish paste (30 g) for breakfast brought me 400 kcal.
Green tea, Vitaminka and a capsule of omega - 3 finished breakfast.
After breakfast, work and work again.
During operation was undershot chocolate 75% (15 g) with green tea and apple (125 g) - 135 kcal.
At last meal platter cheese soup (380 g), wholemeal bread slice (50 g).
Lunch came to 440 kcal.
After lunch finishing touches chores and began cooking.
Cooked dinner of chicken cake.
130g cake chicken dinner with vegetable salad: tomato (140 g), cucumber (100 g) and a few drops of balsamic.
Dinner - 315 kcal.
Total for the day came in 1290 kcal. Drunk water norm. Evening walk a little burned calories as well as exercises during the cooking time (combine useful with pleasure ..)).
