I reviewed a bunch of recipes for cheese soups and ended up with my own recipe. Now I'm sharing with you 😋 Try to cook cheese soup with meatballs, you will definitely like it!
Ingredients: minced meat, rice, onion, egg, salt / pepper, for 3 liters. water: potatoes, medium carrot, large onion, processed cheese, salt / pepper, vegetable oil for frying, greens
Cooking method:
Formed meatballs. 👉 Cooking meatballs as usual. Add finely chopped onion, egg and rice to the minced meat (☝️ I pre-boil rice until half cooked). Mix everything well, add salt and pepper and mix again and form small balls. ☝️ I first bring the meatballs to half-cooked steamed through a colander.
Cut potatoes and put to boil. While the potatoes are cooking, make the roast. Finely chop the carrots and onions and send to the pan, bring to readiness.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and throw it into boiling potatoes, after the cheese has melted completely, remove from heat and crush everything with a submersible blender (or pusher) and put it on fire again.
Place the meatballs in the soup and cook until cooked (in my case they are already steamed), add the roast, salt and pepper. Another 10 minutes on the fire and you're done. ☝️ Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
