Ingredients: Pate:, Veal liver, large carrot, cibula, chasnik, top butter, hard boiled eggs, tops, olive oil, sil, chasnik, coriander, Crane jelly:, crane, gelatin, water (for soaking gelatin), zukor
Cooking method:
Divide the liver with the same pieces, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, qibulya quarter with rings, a chasnik, as appropriate. Smear on the olive oil the cubula and the carrot.
Then add the liver, salt and add spices. Lubricate a couple of quills, then add a few inches and a full inch of oil and put out the quills for five hours, stirring from hour to hour.
In the oven, add the boiled eggs and use a blender to break everything to a uniform consistency. Transfer our pate to a handy form.
Now let's get on with our jelly. Soak the gelatine so that it swells in cold water. Put the crane to the stewpan, add the zukor, bring the trio and boil a couple of whilins. Beat with a blender until smooth (which is bazhannya, then you can rub it through a sieve) and immediately add our gelatin in the heat. Kindly mix it up and put it on our pate. Nakriti and put it in the fridge to catch it. I cherish in the evening and until the afternoon you take away the relish. ♥️
