Cooking:

We filter the compote so that there are no berries. Add raisins (several pieces) and set for 3-5 hours in a warm place. The compote should slowly heat up and become warm, but not hot.

Then add sugar, stir well so that it dissolves, and pour into a jar. We put on a lid with a water seal, or a glove in which you need to make a small puncture with a needle.

Wine from fermented compote should stand for 2-3 weeks in a dark place at room temperature. It has to ferment again.

Then it is bottled and stored in a cool place. Well, after 2.5-3 months, the wine from the fermented compote at home is ready. You can try!

Ingredients:

compote 3 l
sugar 1.5-2 cups depending on the sweetness of the compote
a few raisins
