We filter the compote so that there are no berries. Add raisins (several pieces) and set for 3-5 hours in a warm place. The compote should slowly heat up and become warm, but not hot.

Wine from fermented compote should stand for 2-3 weeks in a dark place at room temperature. It has to ferment again.
