#breakfast As you noticed, I like to cook different omelettes for breakfast, they turn out to be very satisfying. I decorate this omelette for children, but for myself you can make it without eyes, ears and nose. Salt may not be added. Try it, it's delicious 😋.
Ingredients: eggs, milk, small carrots, cheese + for decoration, olives for decoration, butter, vegetable oil, salt optional
Cooking method:
Prepare the ingredients. Ears and eyes can be immediately cut out of the cheese. Cut one olive in half. For antennae, you can take onion feathers or stems of cilantro or dill. Grate cheese and carrots on a fine grater. Heat the frying pan, melt the butter, add vegetable oil, mix.
Put the carrots in the pan, simmer with the lid closed over low heat for a few minutes until soft. Beat eggs with milk using a fork. Add salt if desired.
Cool the cooked carrots a little, add to the egg mixture and mix. Heat the frying pan (you can slightly grease it with vegetable oil), put the mass in the pan. Fry over low heat. You can turn the omelette over with the lid if you like.
As you turn over, immediately put the cheese on top and turn off the heat. Quickly fold the omelet in half, then fold again and place on a plate. Using a silicone spatula, shape the muzzle, then put the ears, eyes, antennae and nose. Ready. Bon appetit 😋.
If you want to split it in two, you can cut the omelette in two right away and then decorate it.
