Potato casserole with minced meat

Ingredients: minced meat, peeled potatoes (~12 pcs), onions, garlic, Butter, egg, cheese, Salt, pepper, Oil for frying

Cooking method:

Boil the peeled potatoes in a saucepan, add salt and until tender.
