Ingredients: eggs, tbsp rice vinegar, tbsp vegetable oil, tbsp soy sauce, tbsp sugar or stevia substitute 2 l, salt
Cooking method:
Prepare all foods. Beat the eggs lightly, we do not need foam.
Strain through a fine sieve.
Add soy sauce, vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sugar or substitute and a pinch of salt, mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan greased with vegetable oil with a small scoop, bake on one side.
Roll up and leave in the pan, pour in the next egg pancake and then twist into a roll again. We do this until the whole mixture is over. I made 6 egg pancakes.
