🍊Pie with tangerines

Ingredients: - Flour, - Butter, - Sugar, - Eggs, - Sour cream, - Ground cinnamon, - Baking powder, Filling:, - Butter, - Sugar, - Tangerines, Juice of 1 tangerine

Cooking method:

Wash tangerines. Cut into thin rings. Squeeze juice from one tangerine.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add sugar, put the tangerine rings and pour in the juice. Simmer on both sides for 5 minutes.

Transfer the tangerines to a form covered with parchment d18 cm, first drain the juice. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Dough: combine soft butter and sugar, beat with a mixer at high speed.

Add one egg at a time, beat, add the sifted flour and mix, add sour cream and baking powder.

Put the prepared dough on top of the tangerines.

Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes. at a temperature of 180°C.

Turn the cooled cake over onto a dish, garnish with fresh tangerine rings, mint sprigs and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
