These dishes are prepared differently everywhere. Our family prefers this option.
Ingredients: pork, large onion, large carrot, paprika, potato tuber, salt, pepper, parsley, Suneli hops or other spices, Water, spaghetti, garlic, salt, ground pepper, Vegetable oil, tomato pasta
Cooking method:
Dice onion, potatoes, paprika, meat. Heat up a pan with oil, fry the onion in it. Then add the meat and fry lightly. Add potatoes, paprika, carrots, spices, water (to lightly cover all the ingredients). Simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Add tomato paste and herbs and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Prepare a hot sauce of garlic, salt and black pepper. Pass the garlic through a garlic press, add salt, pepper and crush this mass until smooth. Add 3-4 tablespoons of boiling water and mix. Add water depending on the desired consistency. Let it brew for 10 min.
Boil spaghetti in salted water until tender. Drain the water.
Put spaghetti in a deep plate, then sauce from vegetables and meat. Serve the hot sauce with the garlic and pepper dish. Bon Appetit!
