Good day, losing weight!
Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 42 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
My day starts at 7 am. Although I work at home, but I can not sleep for a long time, all the time is not enough). And as soon as the sun comes up in my room - the rise!
And early in the morning I have breakfast, which now consisted of banana - oat cake with cherries (about 100 g) and a sandwich on rye bread without yeast (30 g) with fish paste (35 g). I do not cost and without green tea and did not forget about vitamins and omega-3.
Breakfast is turned on 320 kcal.
Immediately after breakfast - work on the computer, about a snack, which I have in 11 hours.
At the snack were fruits: nectarine (210 g) and kiwi (90 g) - 145 kcal.
After a snack, I take the time to clean the apartment and cooked their dinner.
For lunch (at 13 hours) I wholegrain spaghetti (40 g dry) in tomato sauce (120 g) and peppers (70 g) and chicken liver (110 g).
Total came to dinner 375 kcal.
Having worked in the afternoon, I decided to try to cook cheesecakes ricotta.
I picked up a jar of ricotta (250 g), 1 egg, 2 tablespoons Whole-wheat flour and a pinch of baking soda and a bag of salt and sugar substitute. Mix well. It turned lipkovatoe dough, but more flour did not want to put so wet hands shaped cheesecakes and sent on a slow fire to roast under the hood.
You know, I do not really like my experience cheesecakes ricotta. The taste completely different than cottage cheese. I somehow closer cheesecakes from the usual cheese. Although ricotta get much softer, sweeter and more to taste reminiscent of the dough for the cake-that is, but that's my opinion.
For dinner I ate 2.5 cheesecakes (approximately 200 g) and yogurt (250 g).
I know that there is no cost for dinner cheesecakes and I had to leave them at breakfast. But that's because I wanted to. Not often I dabble, so forgive yourself).
Dinner came to 460 kcal.
Weather great worth, warm and sunny. And it's tempting to take a walk after dinner. And do not deny it to yourself! Just a half hour walk of the evening, as well as positive, good humor and, of course, the charge of fresh air.
Water rate, by the way, I have not mastered that day, but it was on a little bit.
But the protein has trouble gleaning enough so. But the fats normally. Carbohydrates gleaning just a little bit. Dancing BZHU - ration the result of which has not been thought out for the day ahead.
Total for the day turned 1300 kcal.
