Good day, losing weight!

Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 42 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Today, Thursday, for some reason I decided to stand on the scales... even weigh myself on Monday to report to you on the results.

And you know, I was so inspired, that I found the scoreboard in the balance.

Finally, I saw a figure of less than 90 kg! Eight standing first - gave me a kick and appeared even more desire and passion! So just go ahead! These are the small pleasures sometimes provide great motivation to move on.

Well, my day began with breakfast, which consisted of two eggs and a sandwich on rye bread without yeast (30 g) with pollock roe (15g). All this under the green tea. In the morning, as always I drink vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

Just happened to breakfast 430 kcal.

Snack held as always at work at the computer.

Kiwi (90 c) and oat banana cake (100 g) of green tea.

Snack brought 200 kcal.

I had to come off at half an hour from work to cook dinner (and not only).

And I cooked chicken breast roll with low-fat cheese and mushrooms and boil buckwheat for a few days.

Dinner rolls respectively piece (110 g), boiled buckwheat (120 g) and tomatoes (125 g).

Lunch brought me 380 kcal.

To recharge for further work I really wanted a piece of chocolate, and I ate it all the same (15 grams) - with green tea after dinner.

When it was time for dinner, I had already ruet prepared even for dinner, and I put a piece of chicken roll with cheese and mushrooms (120 g) and vegetables - tomato (120g) and pepper (90gr).

Dinner turned on 260 kcal.

All in all, I ate a meal on this day 1270 kcal. Let me remind you that I try to eat 1300 calories and not decrease at least 1200.

I drank the water and the rate of that day.

A lot of questions goes on whether I exercise there. Although I have more than once told me, and I see no reason to write about it every day, but today I will repeat once again that I do at home. I am doing exercises with dumbbells and exercises for the legs and thighs. Plus walking.

But today, after dinner, we again devoted a half hour walk away. And on weekends, once dry up all hope will in the course of a bicycle.

I also plan to start running in the morning, but again in our little forest still standing puddles and not all the snow melted. I forward to going and forces, readying legs active walks. All the same weight I have even more and I support that actively engage in sports with weight should be cautious, so you do not injure joints, do not put the heart and do not get sores more than once brought me weight.

In addition, I want to remind all who believe that losing 10-20-30-40 kg stay with sagging skin. Of course, everything is individual and depends on many factors, but that did not happen it is necessary at the outset to take care of your skin, take care of her and help her catch up.
