Chicken liver Stroganoff

Ingredients: Chicken liver, Onion, Sour cream 20%, Tomato paste, Flour, Sunflower oil, salt, pepper

Cooking method:

Onion cut into half rings. Fry the chopped onion in a little oil until golden brown. Dry the flour in a pan and let cool. Add a little boiled water to the flour, stir until smooth. Add sour cream to the diluted flour. Stir in sour cream and bring to a boil. Wash the liver and cut into small pieces. Put the liver in a preheated pan with a little oil. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste.

Stir and fry over high heat for 3-5 minutes (the liver will be ready). Add previously fried onion. Add sour cream with flour. Mix everything and bring to a boil. Ready!
