Cooking method:
Dissolve yeast in a warm mixture of water and milk with sugar.
Sift flour. Since the flour is different, we do not use all at once. We pour out from the total amount ~ 100 g. We make a hole in the flour, pour in the mixture with yeast, add salt, vegetable oil and knead a soft dough. If necessary, add the reserved 100 g of flour.
Cover with foil and put in a warm place to rise. After 40 minutes, punch down the risen dough and let it rise again.
Then we divide the dough into koloboks. Flatten each bun, lay out the filling, form pies of any shape. Brush with egg and milk mixture.
