Cottage cheese casserole with orange confiture

Ingredients: 9% cottage cheese, 1C eggs, Sugar, semolina, salt, orange, potato starch (corn starch is better)

Cooking method:

We mix cottage cheese in a bowl with eggs and 80 grams of sugar. Beat the mixture with a blender. Pour semolina, mix everything well and leave aside (semolina should swell). Wash the oranges thoroughly, dry them, remove the zest on a fine grater (we add it to the cottage cheese dough), from cut out the pulp of oranges, remove the veins, add sugar (100g) and starch to the oranges in a bowl and beat everything blender.

Pour the curd mass into a mold (I have a silicone diameter of 26) for baking. (If you have a metal one, it is better to grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina). Spread the orange mass on top.

Cook the casserole in the oven at 180Β°C for 50 minutes (depending on the thickness of the casserole and oven).
