If you want to deliciously feed your family or even guests at the festive table, then I highly recommend this recipe for stuffed pork meat fingers.

You can optionally take pork, but in general any other meat that you like - beef, chicken fillet or turkey.

Cooking:

We will cook meat fingers with stuffing (with mushrooms and cheese).

We cut the meat into thin plates about 0.5 cm thick and beat off. A little salt and pepper.

Prepare the filling: fry finely chopped champignons and onions in a pan. Add salt and spices to taste.

Remove mushrooms and onions from the pan, add grated cheese and mix - the filling is ready.

Now we take a piece of beaten meat, put the filling in the middle, wrap it with a roll. So that it does not fall apart, we tie it with a thread or fix it with a toothpick.

Fry the meat fingers in a pan until golden brown (just a few minutes), then transfer to a baking dish, pour sour cream, you can additionally sprinkle cheese on top or garlic.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Then we remove the threads and you can serve. That's all: meat fingers with mushrooms are ready, very tasty!

The filling for these "fingers" can be any, not necessarily mushrooms and cheese. For example, prunes + cheese or prunes + nuts, or cheese + garlic, or just fried vegetables.

sour cream - 200 gr
