Ingredients: white cabbage, burgura, onions, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, Salt, ground black pepper, Seasonings, parsley
Cooking method:
Prepare the required ingredients. Chop the cabbage, salt, knead with your hands so that it is softer and juicier. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Stew cabbage in a saucepan in a dry frying pan under the lid. Separately, fry the onions and carrots in a dry non-stick frying pan. Add chopped garlic a couple of minutes before the end.
Combine roasted onions and carrots with cabbage.
Fry the bulgur in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, add to the saucepan to the cabbage, salt, pepper, add spices and pour water so that the cabbage is covered.
Simmer 30 min. 6 minutes before the end, pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley when serving.
