A simple yet delicious fish pie.
Ingredients: For dough, milk, flour, butter, sugar, salt, Dry yeast, For filling, Any fish (I have pollock), Onion, Margarine, Salt
Cooking method:
Cooking dough. Add 1 tsp of sugar and warm milk (50 ml) to the yeast, stir and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
We heat the milk to 30 degrees. Pour half of the flour (500 gr) into a bowl and pour warm milk over it. Knead the dough, add sugar and yeast (which we set).
Sprinkle the dough with flour, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 50-60 minutes.
Melt the butter, add to the risen dough, add salt and the rest of the flour (500 gr). Mix and knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.
Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and let it rest for another 15 minutes. During this time, prepare the filling. We clean the fish and cut into pieces and salt. Onion cut into half rings.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll out. Put one part on a greased baking sheet, lay out a little margarine and fish, onion on top, cover with a second dough and make cuts for air. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 40 minutes (look at the readiness of the fish).
