A very simple waffle recipe for those who do not have a waffle iron. They are crispy but melt in your mouth.
Ingredients: eggs, sugar, butter, flour, baking powder
Cooking method:
Beat eggs and sugar with a blender until smooth.
Add room temperature butter in small cubes. When adding, you can knead a little with your fingers. Firstly, the oil will warm up, and secondly, it will be easier for the blender to grind.
Mix flour with baking powder, mix and add to the whipped mass. We mix everything until a homogeneous mass.
Preheat the grill to 160 degrees. I have Optigill + - this is level 2 in manual mode.
We spread on the grill a full tablespoon with a slide (“Batin size”), or a teaspoon (for those who like a more elegant option). Close the grill and wait 1.5 - 2 minutes.
We spread it on a wire rack and let it rest for 15-20 minutes (then they will begin to crunch).
Serve with your favorite topping, ideally ice cream on top. Some of us stayed to rest for the night and in the morning they were also very tasty. Bon appetit!
