Cooking method:
Grind nuts in a blender or in a meat grinder.
Put butter, room temperature, powdered sugar, vanillin and chopped nuts on a plate. Mix until smooth.
Pour vegetable oil into the resulting mixture and mix well.
Add half of the sifted flour and mix well. Gradually add the rest of the flour (you may need a little more or a little less).
The dough does not need to knead for a long time! As soon as it has gathered in a lump, we stop kneading! The dough should be soft and not sticky!
Place the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Sprinkle lightly with flour and roll out easily (without pressure!) into a layer, 7-8 millimeters thick.
Cut out cookies with cookie cutters. The dough is very tender and crumbly, so we transfer the cookies to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper using a spatula or knife.
Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 - 15 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven. The cookies should remain light and should not brown.
Immediately after the cookies are ready, they need to be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cookies can be stored in a sealed glass container for up to 7 days. Happy tea!
