I really like burgers and Mac, but this is not healthy at all. Therefore, I delight myself and loved ones with homemade burgers in different versions. Today I will share with you one of my favorite burgers, chicken pineapple burger. P. S. The photo shows the ingredients for 3 burgers.
Ingredients: burger bun, chicken fillet, tomato, lettuce of your choice, sandwich cheese, pineapple circle, mayonnaise (or sour cream), ketchup, olive oil, salt and spices
Cooking method:
Marinate a piece of fillet in a spoonful of oil mixed with your favorite spices and salt. If the fillet is too thick, then make longitudinal and transverse cuts for better frying.
Grill burger buns in a frying pan, or simply dry them in a toaster for 1.
Fry a pineapple circle on both sides in the same pan.
We're preparing the sauce. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup and your favorite spices until smooth.
Fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan on both sides until cooked. We do not overdry!
When the fillet is ready, put a piece of cheese on top, turn off the stove and cover with a lid. We are waiting for the cheese to melt and spread over the meat.
We collect our burger! Spread the sauce on both halves of the bun. Put lettuce, sliced tomato, meat, pineapple on the bottom and cover with a bun.
That's all! Burger is ready. Eat immediately while warm. Wash down with orange juice, cola, water or whatever you like! Bon Appetit! @olena_belaya
