Dried fruit pasta - a pantry of vitamins Today I will share with you a recipe for making an incredibly healthy dried fruit paste, which is also called Amosov's paste.
Ingredients: Figs, Raisins, Dried Apricots, Prunes, Walnuts, Honey, Lemon, Meat grinder or blender are required!
Cooking method:
The whole set of products cost me about 800 rubles, at the output I got 1 liter of dried fruit paste. Given that the consumption of pasta is small (it should be enough for 3-4 weeks), I think the cost is quite budgetary. And if you have your own homemade walnuts, honey or figs, then you are definitely in luck! Note: it is not necessary to take everything in 250 g, the main thing is that all components are in equal quantities.
I took the most budgetary raisins and dried apricots, since I see no reason to buy the most beautiful and expensive ones in order to grind them into a paste. And yes, do not be surprised, dark grade dried apricots, it is sweeter than orange. By the way, ginger root is also great here.
Choosing Dried Fruits: Pay attention to the quality of the dried fruits, they should not be too shiny or greasy - this is a sign that they have been coated with chemicals. Soak dried fruits in slightly warm water for 15-20 minutes, you can add 1 teaspoon of soda, then rinse them in cold water and dry on a towel. I wash each type of dried fruit separately, but you can do it all together. Peel the walnuts and remove the partitions. Wash lemon with baking soda.
Next, we need a meat grinder or blender. We twist all the ingredients. I passed half a lemon through a blender with skin and pitted, squeezed juice from the other. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until smooth and add honey. Finally, I went through the paste with an immersion blender until a smooth emulsion was obtained (you can not do this!).
We spread the pasta in glass jars and put it in the refrigerator. Shelf life up to 1 month. I recommend not to prepare a lot to avoid long-term storage. Take up to 1 tablespoon before meals 2-3 times daily. Thank you for your attention!
