Tuscan salad with fennel and orange

Ingredients: fennel, orange, red onion, hazelnuts, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, herbs optional

Cooking method:

Finely chop the fennel.

Peel off the skin of the orange, taking care to cut off the white part as well.

Then cut it into slices.

Cut the red onion very thinly into half rings.

Add hazelnuts cut in half. A little green parsley. Salt, pepper. Drizzle with cold pressed olive oil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Mix.

On a personal note, if you don't like onions, you can leave them out (I usually do this for myself 😉).
