Soba with chicken and vegetables

Admin

Soba is buckwheat noodles. There are many recipes for this dish, probably only the Chinese know how to do it right. I will tell you how I cook this dish, maybe something is not right, but I vouch for the result - it will be delicious!

Soba with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients: soba, prepared teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken breast (you can use any meat), onion, carrot, bell pepper, Beijing cabbage, green beans, garlic

Cooking method:

Prepare all the ingredients - cut vegetables and meat into fairly large strips. Boil the soba in salted water, but cook for one minute less than it says on the package. And we do not pour out the water, we will need a couple of ladles.

Fry the meat until golden brown. On high fire.

Add onion to meat, fry until soft.

Next, carrots, fry for 3-4 minutes.

There are also green beans, if frozen, then 5 minutes, if fresh, three minutes is enough.

Then add garlic and Chinese cabbage. Ideally, the second part of the head, where there is practically no greenery.

Fry everything together for literally a minute, and add teriyaki sauce, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce. And definitely! - a couple of ladles of water where soba was cooked.

It is not necessary to salt all this, the soba water is already salty, soy sauce is also salty. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and our dish is ready! By the way, a good solution for a gala dinner on February 14th. Bon Appetit!
