Here pay attention to the dough, it can be used for any kind of biscuits - both sweet and salty. In principle, you can also invent the filling yourself, for me the main thing is cheese on top😁
Ingredients: Dough, flour, butter, sugar, salt, cold water drain, Stuffing, Curd cheese, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Processed cheese (for sandwiches in slices), egg for brushing
Cooking method:
Grind cold drain butter, flour, sugar and salt into small crumbs, add cold water and knead the dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, you can add more flour. Remove the finished dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Prepare the filling - cut the vegetables into thin slices.
We take out the dough, divide it into two parts. We roll out one part into a circle, a few mm thick. Lubricate the dough with curd cheese, leaving just a couple of cm around the edges. Put mushrooms and tomatoes on top, cover everything with melted cheese, the more - the tastier😉
Then we close the biscuits in a circle, grease the edges with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional). In a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes (look at your oven).
We repeat all the steps with the second part of the test. Bon Appetit!
