Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 38.5 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
I am still in time trouble, a lot of cases I do not know for what to catch. But I try my best not to forget about you!
For breakfast, I have today eggs from two eggs fried in a nonstick frying pan without butter sandwich on whole grain bread (30 g) with fish paste (25gr).
For breakfast turned out - 350 kcal.
At 11 o'clock I bite to eat persimmons - 210 g - 140 kcal.
Lunch I have chicken soup with noodles (450g), chicken drumsticks without skin (40 g of meat) and a bit of tomato (50 g).
For lunch, it turned around 200 kcal.
Dinner - easy salad: tomato, bell pepper, lettuce, feta cheese - only 200g - 230 kcal.
Remember yesterday you told me that I got a magic mushroom, which I do now sour cream and yogurt?
So I tried kefirchik! And let me tell you - this is not the brand yogurt, which we buy in stores. I really liked both the flavor and consistency. All you have to milk fat content, which we want to get in yogurt and mushroom. Day passed - and you're done.
I will now try to make sour cream.
A kefirchik (350 grams) I ate for three hours before bedtime - 180 kcal.
As a result, the day I got 1100 kcal.
I tried to drink the water rate. It is necessary to deduce the excess fluid, which is the body a couple of days scored in a stressful situation.
